Main warranty terms concerning SCHOOL FITNESS STUDIO equipment.
SCHOOL FITNESS STUDIO equipment has a 2-year warranty on frame/construction of the machines and 1-year warranty on wheels, lines and upholstery.
The warranty on frame/construction of the machine and wheels, lines, upholstery does NOT cover the damage caused by the user.
Warranty does NOT cover the wear of parts due to normal exploitation like: wheels, upholstery or steel lines.
The warranty covers only SCHOOL FITNESS STUDIO machines, which were purchased from "Szultka Sports & Fitness Equipment", with its headquarters located in Brusy 89-632, Poland.
Rules for warranty request for SCHOOL FITNESS STUDIO equipment.
1. The request should be send to the e-mail: szultka@szultka.com.pl . As a topic of the message please write: "Serwis: (Your name and surname)."
2. Please, attach photographs of the damaged part/s.
A) The photograph should be taken from such a distance, so it will clearly present the damaged part - preferably installed on the machine in the location it is used.
B) If there is more than one picture, please name them with alphabet letters ( A, B, C, D... ) or with numbers ( 1, 2, 3, 4... ).
C) Also, please mark the damaged element on the picture, if it shows the whole machine (An arrow, circle or pointer can be drawn with "MS Paint" program).
3. Additionally, please describe the element and its damage.
4. Szultka company will consider the warranty after a confirmation that the warranty terms and conditions at a particular moment were met.
5. If the SCHOOL FITNESS STUDIO machines are no longer covered under warranty, the repair service can be rendered against payment.
WARNING!
Due to the specific use of the equipment installed in FITNESS STUDIO at SCHOOL, it is important to check the equipment carefully for any damage before the children and youth start their training with the machines. It is also necessary to call Szultka Sport & Fitness company to do a technical review of the installed equipment at least once a year, preferably before the beginning of every school’s year.
Zasady złożenia wniosku serwisu pogwarancyjnego dotyczącego wyposażenia Szkolnego Studia Fitness.
1. Jeżeli wyposażenie Szkolnego Studia Fitness nie jest już objęta gwarancją, to naprawa może zostać wykonana odpłatnie.
2. Zgłoszenia serwisu pogwarancyjnego należy nadsyłać na adres e-mail: szultka@szultka.com.pl . W temacie proszę wpisać: “"Serwis pogwarancyjny - Nazwa szkoły".
3. Serwis pogwarancyjny zalecamy wykonywać przynajmniej jeden raz w roku, po letniej przerwie wakacyjnej oraz każdorazowo, po stwierdzeniu usterki któregokolwiek urządzenia do ćwiczeń.
4. Po wykonaniu serwisu pogwarancyjnego, szkoła otrzymuje protokół z przeglądu wyposażenia szkolnego studia FITNESS, który potwierdza, że wyposażenie szkolnego studia FITNESS jest sprawne technicznie.
5. Niektóre usterki sprzętu w okresie gwarancyjnym i pogwarancyjnym, mogą być wykonane przez pracownika szkoły. Może to być np. wymiana uszkodzonej tapicerki, wymiana kółka linowego czy linki stalowej do ćwiczeń.
6. Systematyczne wykonywanie przeglądów pogwarancyjnych, zapewnia bezpieczna pracę naszych urządzeń przez wiele lat intensywnej eksploatacji.
7. Niektóre szkoły, które wykonują systematyczne przeglądy sprzętu, eksploatują ten sprzęt w szkolnych studiach FITNESS już ponad 15 lat.
8. Wszystkie szkoły, które wiele lat temu zakupiły sprzęt wyprodukowany przez Szultka Sport & Fitness Equipment, mają prawo do znacznego rabatu przy wymianie sprzętu na sprzęt nowej generacji, produkowany przez Szultka Sport & Fitness Equipment.
